Bio-Well has an additional device called 'Sputnik' which is designed to measure energy in spaces and environments.  It can pick up negative and positive emotions and is useful when wishing to understand stress or conflict in a workplace and when wanting to create greater team cohesion and creative flow.   

We have probably all experienced a workplace that has felt 'toxic' or had bad vibes.  Likewise we have probably all experienced the opposite - a high energy, good vibe workplace.    This is more than a feeling, its a real measurable energy in the form of frequency.  Sputnik makes this energy visible.  

We would most often use to establish a baseline before introducing an intervention, so we can see the changes as a result of that intervention.

We can also use at special events such as meditation or other retreats to measure the change in energy generated from the activities offered.   This often provides the wow factor for your guests and participants

When we are incoherent, out of sync the energy is lowered and things will not flow well. But when we are in high coherence, in synch with each other or in creative flow we will see the energy change.   This is the environment we wish to have if we want high employee engagement and productivity.  We don't have to leave it to chance.  We can create this.  Knowledge is power.
